Kameendran (Kammy) graduated from the University of Sydney after completing a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Exercise Physiology) degree. He is also a registered provider through Medicare, the Department of Veteran Affairs and WorkCover NSW.

Kammy has a wide range of clinical exercise physiology experience including but not limited to aged care, cardiorespiratory rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, pain management, Work Cover rehabilitation and other complex chronic metabolic conditions such as Diabetes, Osteoporosis, mental health and more.

Kammy’s primary goal as an exercise physiologist is to improve the function and quality of life of each individual through a musculoskeletal/metabolic assessment followed by the implementation of a client specific exercise program. Kammy places significant importance on an holistic approach to health and wellbeing and emphasises the need for education and adherence by equipping each individual client with the knowledge to use exercise, diet and stress management strategies as a valuable tool to increase quality of life and feel better.
