Michael utilizes a multimodal approach when treating. Treatment techniques used may include adjustments (diversified and drop table techniques), gentle joint mobilization, soft tissue massage therapy, deep tissue vibration therapy, gentle stretches, activator method, myofascial release, electro-therapy and strapping.
Michael enjoys treating and preventing injuries and understands the importance of working with patients to achieve their health goals. He believes that posture and structure are key factors to pain prevention, particularly given the demand and strain everyday life can place on the body.
Michael understands the power and benefits of preventative health in improving people’s quality of life and says seeing the changes people make in their lives because of Chiropractic care is incredibly rewarding
