Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university qualified, allied health professionals. We are equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to treat those suffering from a range of conditions. Our team will design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
Exercise physiologists are knowledgeable about the effects that exercise has on the musculoskeletal system, as well as on the cardiovascular and endocrine systems. They can prescribe a course of exercises for either fitness or rehabilitation. They can also advise on behavioural modification programs.

Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are different to personal trainers, physiotherapists and other exercise professionals. They have a wide range of knowledge about the human body and the benefit that exercise has on it, both mentally and physically. AEPs possess extensive knowledge, skills and experience in clinical exercise delivery and provide health modification counselling for people with chronic disease and injury.
The primary focus of our AEPs is to use exercise to prevent, manage and treat complex medical conditions. Our staff will utilise their skills in exercise prescription, combined with their training in behaviour change, to empower and assist you to manage your health independently.
